Your driver will be waiting for your arrival inside the terminal with your name sign. The driver will help you with your luggage and will walk you to the vehicle. Passengers that take more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive will be considered a 'No Show'.
- Domestic Flights (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3)
Your driver will be waiting for you inside the terminal with your name sign by the baggage carousel where you are collecting your luggage from. The driver will help you with your luggage and will walk you to the vehicle. Passengers that take more than 45 minutes to arrive will be considered a 'No Show'.
*Pick-up Window: 30 minutes
*Frequency: Every 30 minutes
*Duration: 45 to 60 minutes

- Please note that this transfer will not be providing child seats. If you will be needing child seats, please book the private transfer service.
Additional Notes
- Children five (5) years old and under are free, but will need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap if there are no available seats.

- Please note that there could be some waiting time after your pick-up because you will be sharing the shuttle with other guests.

- If you have additional luggage than the specified amount, an additional fee of 5 AUD will be charged per piece. Any heavy or bulky luggage more than 23 kilograms will be charged extra at the discretion of the driver. Surfboards, bicycles and the like will be charged 10 AUD each. Please indicate how many pieces of luggage you will have at the time of booking.
